Water, electric, cable, internet, and sewage are all included in your rent here at College Grove Apartments for one monthly rent. Electricity will have a $40 cap per person in the apartment. If there are any overages, they will be divided among all the roommates.

There is no deposit at College Grove with an approved GOL.

There is no termination of lease. You will either need to pay off the rest of your rent for the remaining leased year, or find a lease replacement. You will need to find another person matching the profile of your own and your matched roommates.

Unfortunately there is no discount for payment in full.

We do not accept financial aid directly from the university.

Each month you will be hand delivered an invoice right to your front door.

To establish an internet connection you just need use an Ethernet cable and connect it to your computer. Or just use our new Community Wide WiFi. The computer should automatically detect the connection.

For fall move-ins, the first installment is due July 15, 2011.

Our furnished units feature full size beds.

You may bring your own furnishings into the apartment, but all of the College Grove furniture must stay in the apartment as well and is the responsibility of the resident.

Yes, we do require a Guarantee of Lease from all of our residents. We ask that a guarantor provide us with a copy of their driver's license and must be over 25 years of age. You may also provide a security deposit in lieu of the Guarantor.

College Grove has 240 apartments, with 864 beds.

Great News! College Grove added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. Just log on to our website, click the "Pay Rent" link. This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

When comparing our rates to on-campus rates you must take into consideration many variables, including floor plan layout, square footage, furniture, utilities, and community amenities. Our leasing staff is available to discuss with you how our rates compare to other housing options and validate that our community offers you the best value for your money, as well as a great location and incredible amenities.

Fall Move-in 2011 is August 14, 2011.

You may request apartments and/or roommates, We will do our best to place requested roommates together.

We have parking available for both residents and guests at no charge. All resident parking is directly beside the buildings and all guest parking is located away from the buildings marked "visitor."

We are about a half of a mile from MTSU Campus. This is extremely convenient, as most of the parking lots are on this end of campus.

Four bedroom, two bath apartments start at $325. Four bedroom, four bath are priced at $385. Two bedroom, two bath regular at $480 and two bedroom, two bath large at $495. All prices are per person, which means we individually lease here! If your roommate doesn't pay his or her rent, you're not affected! All prices are subject to change.

We offer 2 bedroom 2 bath units, 2 bedroom 2 bath larger units, 4 bedroom 4 bathroom units and 4 bedroom 2 bathroom units that are all fully furnished.

We have yearly leases for each type of bedroom unit, which is paid for in 12 equal installments.

You do not need a meal plan to live at College Grove apartments.

Deposits are optional with an approved GOL at College Grove. We generally have a $200 non-refundable service fee, but it currently being waived for anyone signing a new lease for Fall 2011.

Our prices for the 4 bedroom 2 bathroom units is running for $325 a month, where you would share a bathroom with someone. The 4 bedroom 4 bathroom units, where you would have your own bathroom, are $385 each month. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom smaller sized unit with walk in closets is $480 a month and the larger size with a living room area and a dining room area is $495 a month. All prices are subject to change.

We provide 12 month leases. All of our leases end in July.

It is important that all prospective residents reserve their space for Fall 2009 as soon as possible. We are currently accepting applications and leases. Apartments are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

At College Grove, each resident will sign an individual lease so that he/she will have sole responsibility for only his/her rent payment. This way, you will not be held responsible if a roommate is delinquent in his/her payments.

We do not allow pets to live in the apartment community.

We encourage our residents to attempt to locate their own roommates. Profile sheets listing informative data about unmatched roommates are kept on file in the leasing office to aid applicants in selecting roommates. Should a roommate not be located, roommates will be assigned through the matching process. All self located roommates should be brought to the office to fill out the proper paperwork. No residents are allowed to lease out empty bedrooms on their own.

Every apartment comes equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, range, microwave, and garbage disposal. Each bedroom has computer desk, a night stand, and a full size bed. In the living area of the apartments we supply you with a dining table and chairs, couch and chair, coffee table, end table, and an entertainment center.

4-bedroom/4 baths: 1489 square feet. The bedroom sizes are approximately 10 x 10. The bathroom is also located inside the bedroom. Windows are standard sized. 4-bedroom/2-bath: 1189 square feet. The bedroom sizes are approximately 10 x 10. The bath room is located on the A/B bedroom side and on the C/D bedroom side outside of the rooms. Windows are standard sized. 2 bedroom/2 bath: 785 square feet. The bedroom sizes are approximately 10 x 12. 2 bedroom/2 bath large: 990 square feet. The bedroom sizes are approximately 10 x 12.

From Nashville take I-24 East toward Chattanooga to exit 78 B. Take Old Fort until it turns into Memorial. At the Memorial, Clark red light, turn right onto Clark. Travel down Clark until you reach the HWY 96 red light, turn left and follow 96 about .25 miles and you will see College Grove on your right.

College Grove offers the lifestyle that college students deserve. You'll have 24-hour access to our fitness facility, game/recreation room, and our computer lab featuring computers with high-speed Ethernet and printer. Our tennis courts, basketball courts and activity field provide all of the outdoor activities that your heart could desire. In addition we offer you a swimming pool with a misting station to cool you from the heat. Not far from the pool you can find a hot tub for your enjoyment. We also have a tanning bed for resident use. Tanning is free for all residents. The management and maintenance staff at College Grove pledges exceptional service to our residents. We will schedule planned social activities and take preventative maintenance measures to ensure ideal apartment living.
